Dear Jesus, I have had some of my Christian fundamentalist family members praying that I will be set free from my interest in what they call New Age cults and come back to their church. A friend of mine who was in the Summit Lighthouse calls this “prayers of mal-intent” and says it is a form of black magic because it violates my free will. He says it can affect me, but I don’t quite understand why if I call for protection. Can you help me understand what this is and how to protect myself from its influence?
