See yourself together with the Elohim as part of the Consciousness of the Divine Mother

Helen's description of her experience before the dictation:

This dictation was given after Kim and I did a decree session to Elohim Arcturus and Victoria. After the decrees, I lost my sense as a localized being here in the matter plane. I felt as the Divine consciousness that filled all of space, and I felt that I was part of the immense love and intelligence of the Elohim. I literally lost any sense of being in a small body on planet earth. I felt like I did not have any body at all, but I was only the consciousness with one desire—to raise up all life, so that everyone could lock in to the same loving consciousness of the Divine Mother.

After experiencing the high vibration of the Divine consciousness, my attention was drawn down to the heavy records existing in the matter plane. I felt like my attention was falling thousands of miles towards the earth, and I started to feel the immense heaviness of the current matter plane. I was drawn down to the lowest levels of matter, where I sensed the energies of hopelessness.

The lowest energy I experienced was hopelessness, where people sense they are completely stuck in their situations and they do not have the power or willingness to change anything, because they do not feel they can do it. Matter, as a heavy burden seems so real.
After this, I felt like my consciousness was drawn from the lower realms in matter back to the level of the Elohim and the dictation started.

Dictation:

Elohim Arcturus and Victoria is just another aspect of the same Divine Mother, that is represented by Mother Mary and other representatives of the divine feminine. The Elohim are part of the same consciousness, the constant self-transcendence through co-creation, as all other representatives of the Divine Mother. The Elohim, all higher beings and all representatives of the divine feminine, who participate in creating this universe in matter, form the one common consciousness called the Divine Mother.

How free can the consciousness of the Divine Mother be?
The common misconception concerning the concept of the Divine Mother, is that many people associate the name "Divine Mother" with some kind of feminine representative, who is only one being or who is such a mysterious being that nobody has ever really seen or recognized it.

But the Divine Mother is a state of consciousness. We, the Elohim of Freedom, Arcturus and Victoria, are part of the same consciousness, because we create freely! We create freely within the consciousness of the Divine Mother. We extend our beings by constantly transcending ourselves and therefore adding to the divine momentum, raising the whole of creation by being a part of the Divine Mother.

How do the Elohim create? Or rather, we should ask, how do all those higher beings, who form the consciousness of the Divine Mother, create?

My beloved, the matter plane is made from the liquid, pure white light. The light comes from God the Father, the masculine formless God. This mother light is the light that enables God the Father to be expressed in this world, through the creative thoughtforms that God's extensions are allowed to project out through their free will. Yet, if any projected thoughtform is allowed to take on form in matter – by being manifested by the mother light – then how can this creation be free?

The creation, as you know, takes form in the matter plane, but matter can be only as free as the thoughtforms and the consciousness of those beings who create. And when those beings who create – who extend their thoughtforms, their willful patterns, the existing structures in their identity, mental and emotional bodies – then the matter plane can be only as free as the minds of the self-aware beings, who create those thoughtforms.

The Elohim have the power to multiply the talents
My beloved, we always welcome you, the sons and the daughters of God embodied on planet earth – you who form the consciousness of the Divine Mother – to create with us. And we want to pour out our endless gratitude to those people who have made active use of the recently released decrees and the invocations of the Divine Mother, forming thereby a higher presence of the consciousness of the Divine Mother in themselves. And also forming a stronger momentum of the Divine Mother by tuning in to the consciousness of the Divine mother and participating, therefore, in the creation of the most pure forms.

All beings who have made themselves part of the Divine Feminine on planet earth are part of the Elohim, because we form the same consciousness of the Divine Mother. And therefore, we can multiply the talents of those who also wish to raise up all life.

We are endlessly grateful for those people who have put their attention towards increasing the positive momentum of raising up planet Earth. And we are welcoming the people who have been willing to make themselves the open doors for us, and thereby enabling us to form a greater momentum and a greater presence of the Divine Mother.

Beloved beings, we started with the questions, how do the Elohim create and how does the Divine mother consciousness create freely? As you know, creation can be exactly as free and outpicture as high forms in matter, as those forms that exist in the thought patterns, in the matrixes and in the divine geometry of those beings who are taking part in creation.

Therefore, my beloved, do you see that the Divine Mother can create freely together with all those beings who participate in this consciousness, but the Divine Mother cannot multiply those forms higher than the free will of the majority of the beings who are co-creating in the matter plane.

Beloved beings, I wish to give you a vision of how we, the Elohim, see the matter plane. When we look at the current matter plane on planet earth with the consciousness of the Elohim, we see a large cloud, a heavy thickness that is covering the planet. We are not saying this to discourage those who are making a daily effort in giving the rosaries and invocations, giving the decrees to raise the earth and to raise all life. We only say this so that you would recognize, understand and acknowledge this heaviness that is covering the planet.

Recognize that you are not the doer!
This thick cloud has layers, hundreds of thousands of layers of negative thought patterns, mass murders, atrocities, records of wars and the records of the misuse of light. And we say that, so you can acknowledge that the most essential key to creating freely, is that you would recognize that you are not the DOER.

You are the open door for the Father's light, because no man on earth could ever clear those records, clear this heavy thickness of misusing the light through negative, heavy thoughtforms, the thoughtforms of pain, fear, anger and the sense of injustice.

The matter plane can be reborn into its original divine purity only through the Father, the Spirit being born in the consciousness of the Divine Mother. All the heaviness can be consumed in matter only with the help of the Ascended Host and higher beings, namely the beings in a higher state of consciousness, who are not part of the same plane. These beings do not have the subjective view of what happens on the matter plane, and they don't take anything on the matter plane as reality, because they see it as the temporary outpicturing of the misuse of God's light.

The dispensation to clear the heavy records of matter
Beloved children of God, we the Elohim, who form part of the consciousness of the Divine mother, we are here to help you and announce the dispensation that we are allowed to help you clear those records of the heaviness and thickness in the matter plane, when you make yourself the open door for us.

We cannot work with you, when you see yourself as the doer, because we honor and respect free will. And when you say and outpicture in the matter plane that you want to be the doer, then of course we allow you to experience this. We allow you to do so, but we cannot help you, if you see that you must be the doer and you know best.

Thereby we, the Elohim of Freedom's Flame, Arcturus and Victoria, are releasing to you an immense amount of Freedom's Flame right now. The purpose is that all people who want to see themselves as co–creators, taking part in forming the consciousness of the Divine Mother, could make use of this light by making themselves the open doors for the Ascended Host. You become the open doors for God the Father to flow freely into the matter plane, and you let the power of the Spirit of the Father clear this heaviness, that is hanging on the purest form of the mother light.

Creation is always pure, when not distorted by the consciousness of the separate self
My beloved, the mother light is always pure, as the mother light is forming the basis of matter. Why is purity the main quality of the mother light? My beloved, it is precisely because the creation of the Spirit can be pure and be outpictured in its purest form only when the Mother is pure, when the Mother does not take on any perverted forms itself but allows the Spirit of the Father to outpicture the beauty and divine geometry of God freely.

What does it mean, my beloved? It means that if we, at the level of the Elohim, look at human consciousness, the ego-based consciousness that so many people have created and are still struggling with, we see how this separate self and the ego form like a net around the matter plane. This net has all kinds of shapes, and sometimes there are only a few openings within this net that allow the Divine Father's light to be freely poured down and experienced in the matter plane.

This net is usually so thick, that the pure Light of the Father cannot just be poured down and freely manifest in the matter plane. The ego-based consciousness – all the desires and wishes, the "shoulds" and "should nots" that people have created in their separate selves – is forming a thick layer of nets that we are seeing. This layer is so thick, that no matter how much light we are pouring down, then sometimes very little of it will reach the matter plane in its purest form, as it was released by the Father.

Therefore we, the Elohim, understand very well the human dilemma, how you have to struggle with the identity of your separate self, with your ego–based desires, with your standards and judgments and evaluations in the matter plane. You have built an identity that says how your life should be, how you should be, how you should think, how you should act or how you should create. All those "shoulds" and "should nots" create another layer of obstacles for the light of the Father to reach the matter plane in its purest form.

The Year of the Mother turns physical
Therefore we, who are the representatives of Freedom's Flame, Arcturus and Victoria, we are releasing this dictation mainly because we want you to acknowledge the need to be mindful during the last quarter of the Year of the Mother, so that you would be the open door, if you wish.

Do visualize us and our Presence around you, when you decree or when you give the invocations. We have the power and the light to free you from all your nets, that are hindering you from letting the purest light of God into the matter plane. Ask for our help, but keep in mind that we can only help you, when you see yourself as the open door, not as the doer. We can maximize your efforts when you allow us to do so.

We indeed, as one aspect of the consciousness of the Divine Mother, have the power and the light to help you and to show you the same consciousness from a higher perspective, if you allow us to do so. And we understand very well that when you look from inside the separate self, the matter plane seems to have dominion. It feels to your separate self and to the ego as if matter is a reality. It feels so overwhelming and it feels as if you never get free from this matter plane and the conditions you see outpictured around you, especially those conditions that you don't like.

Everything has been accelerated during the Year of the Mother, and therefore your ego sees the mother plane very often as taking dominion over you and having reality. My beloved God's sons and daughters, you see, this mindset is precisely what the devil wants you to believe, because that is the mindset of the ego, which is the main hook that the devil can have in your being. So that you start believing in the lie that matter is indeed real, and matter has permanent reality.

The consciousness of the Divine Mother is reality
Still, my beloved Gods sons and daughters, the entire consciousness of the Divine Mother has permanence—when it is free from all the illusions created by the misuse of God's light. The consciousness of the Divine Mother does not currently outpicture these conditions in the matter plane as permanent or real. It has no permanence whatsoever.

If you see the matter plane and the matter light from the perspective of the Elohim, you see the liquid light, the pure, white, liquid light, that can mirror back any forms that are projected there. Therefore, the consciousness of the Divine Mother can raise up the matter light by creating the higher forms from it. Or if you create through the consciousness of your separate self, then of course it is inevitable that you put down the Mother light by creating distorted forms through misusing God's light.

My beloved, keep that in mind during the rest of the Year of the Mother. Make use of this dispensation, and make use of our Presence around you. We are the Elohim, we are co–creators, we are creators together with our co–creators on earth. We are the one Divine Mother consciousness, and as you let us, we will raise you up, and we will show you the higher forms of the Divine Mother.

Beloved children of God, let the Elohim and let the power of Elohim be your guidance during this part of the Year of the Mother, when the year will be in the physical quadrant, because we the Elohim can help those who are willing to work with us.

For those who are not willing to let us help them, who are not willing to let God's light penetrate and consume those heavy nets of the separate self, we can only say that then that matter plane will teach you, and it will give you exactly those lessons that you need. But we are always available for those people, who see themselves as co-creators in matter and who want to help release the matter plane on planet earth from its heavy history and records and restore the freedom and purity of matter—the pure form of the white light. If you have that intent, then we can help you, and we can release the immense power of Freedom's Flame for those who are the open doors who are willing to multiply their talents.

We, the Elohim, form the Fire of God, the Fire of Creation and the fire of creating freely. We can release the matter plane from those heavy records that burden the matter plane. So beloved, make use of this release and see yourself together with us as part of the consciousness of the Divine Mother.
