NOTE from Kim: [Text in brackets are my explanatory notes].
Please note that most of what was given to me in these messages applies to everyone walking the path of personal Christhood.

Jesus: Walking the spiritual path demands that you are constantly alert, because you never know when an opportunity or a challenge arises. That is why I told people to stay awake because you never know when the owner of the house comes. I understand it is difficult always to be alert, especially in the density of the material world. I am not expecting you to be alert all of the time, but I do need you to raise your level of alertness and awareness.

You must be alert to situations where you become caught up in a certain activity and a spiral, a negative spiral, starts building. You then need to take some time out to gather yourself and to focus your attention within. You want to stop such a spiral while it is still spinning slowly. Once it starts spinning as rapidly as a vortex or a tornado, it is much more difficult to stop it. This is part of what mindfulness and spiritual self-defense is all about in the material world. You must learn to recognize the beginning of a negative spiral and have the determination to stop it before it runs amok.

You also need to learn that in the material world you cannot expect things to be perfect. You must recognize that things will not always go according to expectations. And you must be alert and never let the fact that things don’t go according to expectations cause you to become discouraged, to give up or to lower your alertness.

You must also realize that part of having the abundant consciousness is to not worry about opportunities that pass you by. Do not cry over spilled milk. Simply learn what you need to learn, be nonattached and move on as if nothing happened. Non-attachment to the things of this world is the very key to spiritual awareness.

You and I were both born in a higher realm. We know the God who is beyond form, and we know God in all of God’s lower manifestations. We know what is of God and what is not of God, and we have a very strong desire to see that everything is of God. That is why we were sent to this planet to help restore it to the vision of God. These are necessary characteristics of our personalities. Yet, planet Earth is a severe testing ground for those who are committed to the perfection of God. Things are so far away from the original vision of God that it can be difficult to bear for anyone who knows that vision. That is why you have often refused to focus undue attention upon some of the darker things that are happening on this planet, and this has been perfectly correct. [It is, however necessary to know about such activities so we can make the call for Archangel Michael to bind them.] Once again, I stress the importance of focusing on perfection and not on imperfection.

I also found it difficult to bear that this planet is so far from the vision of God. You will see this even in the fragmented scriptures about my life as Jesus. I was often harsh in pointing out people’s imperfections. I need you to be more understanding and to have more patience with people and with yourself. As you begin your public mission, you will find that some people will respond very slowly and that they will remain stuck in certain patterns of behavior for a lot longer than you think is necessary. You must not give up on people; you must simply let them grow at their own pace. Most importantly, you must not give up on your mission and you must simply keep doing what you know is right.

You must adjust your expectations so that you realize that the goal of your mission is not to change people. They have their free will, and they must change according to their own choices. The goal of your mission is to bring forth the true teachings of God, to make the way plain for all to see and to demonstrate the path. By doing this, you have done everything that God can do for man, and you must simply step back and let man do for himself.

If I were to consider how people have perverted my teachings and used them as an excuse for not taking responsibility for their own path, I could weep and I might feel like giving up. Yet the Lord of the World, Gautama, has been with this planet for longer than I have. Despite all that he has seen, he still remains nonattached; he still remains the Buddha.

When we are young and immature, we think we can change the world overnight. When we are more mature, we realize that changing the world takes time. Therefore, we take our attention away from people and people’s reactions. Instead, we focus on God and on bringing forth the truth and the true teachings of God.

Contemplate the saying: “You can lead a man to water, but you cannot make him drink.” Add to that that God does not want to make him drink. God wants him to know that the water exists and where to find it. Then, God wants the rest to be left to the free will of the individual. You and I can do nothing less; we must and will gladly respect the Law of Free Will as defined by God.

Another thing you must learn is to be assertive in exploiting the opportunities that are available. You started this lifetime by being very nonassertive, and through various activities you have become far more assertive. Yet, you can develop this quality even more. Be careful not to go to the other extreme and become insensitive, as you have periodically been with some activities. Nevertheless, be not afraid to experiment and be more assertive in all aspects of your life. There will be opposition to your mission, and you need assertiveness to simply walk right through that opposition as if it was not even there.

You are very correct in having internalized the understanding that you can never fight evil with evil. You can never resist evil, because by doing so you become entangled with it. Nevertheless, you can walk right through the barriers put up by evil as if they never even existed. You are not fighting evil, you are not pushing aside the barriers or breaking them down. You are raising your vibration, your level of consciousness, so that you can walk right through the density of the energy veil created by evil. That truly is what Christ consciousness is all about. Christ consciousness raises the vibration of your mind and your physical body, until you can not only walk on water but can walk through any barrier created from material energy.

I need you to seriously contemplate this idea and realize that by raising your consciousness just a little, you can literally rise above all opposition from this world. You can walk through the barriers set up by the dark forces and the impostors that are working against you and your mission. This is the only way to overcome these forces because they have mounted their armies in an attempt to destroy your mission and to prevent you from being my mouthpiece and Messenger in this age. You can fight these forces and still, because of my support and your own attainment, achieve certain victories and fulfill part of your mission. Yet, is it not much better to simply rise above those forces and walk right through their walls of Jericho?

I know you will realize the wisdom of this, and I need you to truly contemplate and accept that you are worthy of Christ consciousness, that you are the Christ in action and that this is not a fantasy or some imagination that will happen out there or tomorrow. It is now; it is right now! It is not later, but now! The acceptable time is now; the only possible time is now! You must simply decide to accept who and what you are as the Christ in action right now. Will you do this”
“Yes, I accept that I am the Christ.”

Contemplate this and let this be the main focus of your attention in the coming days and weeks. You will need to reinforce it when your own past doubts and momentums and the opposition from without cause you to doubt or to sink into a lower vibration. Simply be mindful, and when you feel that you are sinking below the level of Christ consciousness, pick yourself up and get back where you belong.

Study my life in the scriptures and you will see how I, in my final embodiment, had these moments of doubt and of lower consciousness. This is natural, yet you must be mindful of it and seek to minimize these moments by constantly affirming that you are Christ.
Affirm:

I am the Christ here, now and forever.

The thought is correct that you have a tendency to want perfection and to never want to make a mistake. Yet, God only created souls in his image and likeness. God did not create souls with the full stature of God, because that only comes from experience. A soul begins its journey with no experience, and it gradually learns from the experiences it has at the different levels of God’s creation. What does it mean to build experience? It means to experiment, and the very core of experimentation is to find out what works and what does not work by trying the options that are available to the soul, meaning the options that the soul can envision with its present level of understanding. Therefore, making "mistakes" is simply a perfectly natural part of growth.

If you grow from an experience, you have never made a mistake. In God’s eyes, you cannot make mistakes if it helps you come up higher. Whether you do something that works or whether you do something that does not work, you have an equal opportunity to grow. Mistakes are not defined by God, they are defined by man. By considering something a mistake, you miss the opportunity to grow from it, and instead you use it to hold yourself back. Why would you do that—it is so unnecessary.

It is correct that you decided to turn away from God because you did not want God to see that you made a mistake. Yet, you cannot hide anything from God, so what is the point of even trying? Especially when God does not think you have made a mistake? Yes, I understand that your soul made this decision, and I too hid from God in certain periods of my soul’s journey in the lower octaves. Yet, you need to understand that there is no need to hide from God, because God does not even consider that you ever made a mistake. God loves you with an unconditional love that can consume your sense of having made a mistake. In fact, only God’s unconditional love can consume that feeling. No amount of attainment or perfection built in this world can completely consume your feeling of having failed. Therefore, simply let go of the idea that you ever failed or that you need to make yourself perfect in this world before you can come back to God.

This is the folly and flawed reasoning of an immature soul. It is understandable, yet you are no longer an immature soul. Therefore, you must go back through time. Then you must replace that decision with a mature decision and fully face God and accept God’s forgiveness and God’s unconditional love.

My beloved, we have all made mistakes. Do you think I was above this? You know I was not, because you witnessed some of my mistakes. Yet if I could make those mistakes – far more severe mistakes than you have made – and still make my ascension, then you surely can do the same.
Go into your heart. Go deeply into the pain in your heart and realize that it all comes from that one decision to want to make everything right before you face God again. Understand that the only way to undo that pain is to face God right here and now and accept that God’s unconditional love consumes all mistakes and all sense of having ever made a mistake.
Be cleansed of these unnecessary feelings.
Be whole.

Accept your wholeness and your holiness, so that you and I can be whole as the brothers of spirit we truly are. We need that wholeness to fulfill our mission. I know that you want to see this mission fulfilled more than you want anything else, even more than you want to hold on to this old pain.
I am now sending you a ray of light that will consume the pain if you will let it go. Will you let go of this pain?
“I will.”
Affirm:

I accept my freedom from all imperfections and pain of the past. Jesus delivers me now and I am made whole.
