Conference Experience:
People from all levels of the Path attend the Shangra-la retreats. I have attended four so far, and what I love to remember about each one is that those who had already made it past some of the hurdles I was facing radiated such unconditional love and support to me. It was a Treasure in the moment and it became a Treasure that I could sort of put in my pocket for later – to reach in and bring out when I felt myself slipping into despair or discouragement.
So, the beauty of the Shangra-la retreats is that God is very much available and celebrated – in the love of our brothers and sisters, in joyful service of giving rosaries for the healing of all people and our wonderful planet, in the wise and loving presences of the messengers, Kim and Lorraine, and what they bring through in their own ways – the live dictations, the lectures, the healing sessions and the overall nurturing attention to the details of the retreats, which are set up very much as community projects in that all are welcome to help out with things like set-up and food and to contribute their ideas, experiences and testimonials. Each retreat is a powerful experience of Light and Love in the flow of the Holy Spirit. L.S. New York
