I
Will to Be "more" God
Part
I

As we have spent time delving into the mysteries of "Being"
and the discovery of "more" and then being in the now, we
have seen the transcending qualities of Being - the term used for the
understanding of God in His desire to Be more.
It can be a fallacy to get caught up in the sense that "being"
is the end all and be all to life in God, that if we just "Be"
in all situations and in all of our daily experiences of life, then
we are one with God and right with ourselves.
Unfortunately, I have to break that bubble, lest you think you are "there"
and have obtained that sense of "righteousness." As Jesus
has said, "Except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness
of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom
of heaven.*" We could interpret that to mean that our righteousness
needs to be transcended beyond the human level of the judges and interpreters
of the laws of God. And that we just can't "Be" in the state
of consciousness that we think is right or righteous. We need to "Be"
in that place of God righteousness. And how do we determine that?
I am often directed from within, to sign my name to my letters with
"Lorraine, I AM Being." What is that statement saying? It
is affirming that who and what is the conscious awareness in me is the
I AM. Thus my affirmation reminds me, and all who read it, that I AM
is the conscious awareness acting, not my "self" Being. As
to what purpose would "self" serve God in Being? The goal
is to transcend the self and be-come (come into Being) in the I AM Self.
In all reality there is only one Real Self. The self you might be acting
and interacting in within the world around you, is a temporary illusion
of a state of consciousness that is out
of alignment with the Being
of God.
There
IS More
In order to transcend this unreality of self, we must come into the
realization that there IS more. There is God. And in the reality of
God there is us, as conscious beings. But where we are at in consciousness
determines whether we are being and who and what we are being. We can
Be. And that is a good step to begin the process of putting off of the
"outer man" and shedding the skins of the temporary illusion
we have created out of our minds and feelings. But who are we being?
As we put off the "outer skins" and shed the unreality of
the carnal mind, the human ego, the dweller on the threshold of the
Christ consciousness, we have to take the necessary step to "be"
who we are. We have to shed the skins of "acting" a part in
the world of form. We have to come into the realization that who we
are, at this moment, might be a conglomeration of ideas and feelings
we created from reacting to the world around us. That is not Being,
that is not God, that is simply reacting and responding to input from
the macrocosm into our world of the microcosm—our consciousness
and four lower bodies.
The creation that we have created might laugh, might love, and might
be intelligent because our brain has human capabilities to respond to
stimuli and to take in information and process it and to memorize facts.
But the human brain is a vehicle we have in order to think in the intellect
and to survive in the world of form. But that is a limited, animal capability.
That is not God's plan for us, that we just inhabit a body
with the capability of thinking through survival techniques, procreation
and social needs. We are more.
And as we come into the realization that there is more, we seek to find
it, and in the reality of that search, we find that our world is largely
made up of illusions and the maintaining of those illusions–and
thus some can even "be" in those illusions and maintain "being."
So "being" needs to be clarified in the spiritual context
of what we have been God taught about Being. You can "be"
alive and carry the name Jane, and you can be the imperfect manifestation
of that personality in that being named Jane. You can be a happy Jane,
who only gets angry when provoked, who generally loves others, but has
a tendency to selfishness, does not want to marry and have children
and works hard and earns good money. She doesn't hide her tendency to
be selfish, she lives within her means and she doesn't flaunt her intellect.
The way she reacts to people, whether they are her family or friends,
is pretty much the same. That is the being of Jane at this time. So
Jane is Being.
But say we have a person named Samuel who is a dynamic business man.
He sells corporate businesses deals. As he goes about his day, he puts
on one face for his clients, one for his staff, one for his family and
one for his friends. Sometimes he lies. Sometimes he pretends to be
a man far beyond his means. He drives a fancy car that is entirely financed
by the bank. He jokes a lot to his clients but to his secretary he is
rude and unfriendly. With his friends he swears and with his wife he
butters her up, knowing which words to say to please her.
Samuel is not Being. He acts like a chameleon, changing his face for
the people and circumstances he is around. Jane tends to be honest with
herself, and generally doesn't put on faces that change with the circumstances
and people around her. But although Jane might be Being, what is she
Being? It could be said she is being true to herself in manifesting
who she is at any given time, which is a selfish person, generally loving
unless she doesn't get her way.
Although neither person is Being in the sense of I AM, Jane would tend
to make more spiritual progress in her life because she is expressing
who she is, regardless of how imperfect. Whereas Samuel is expressing
nothing but what he believes the world around him wants, most likely
so that he can be accepted, maybe even loved. But he also created a
self that might be completely based on fear, full of pride and full
of pride and human righteousness, being controlling through fear, while
he thinks he is in control.
So we can establish that one can "Be" in this world, but not
necessarily "Be" that which they are in God. But at least
it is better to "Be" true to the being you think you are or
who you have created, however unreal. But you will not transcend the
person you are manifesting until you come into the "more".
God
Is Being "more"
The true nature of God is Being "more." But in order to understand
God we need to define why we might have trouble understanding "Being"
and "more." God is Spirit. God Is. I can seek to try and explain
these concepts in words, but the true understanding is beyond words
and cannot be defined. God cannot be described. But He can be experienced
in consciousness. And so through the ages, mystics have brought into
the world of form and to their fellow man, the wisdom and understanding
of God as more, God as Being, God as Love and God as Light through their
own conscious experience of God.
Their words and descriptions can help impel us forward in consciousness
to rise vibrationally higher into the Being of God. But they cannot
do it for us, only give us a guiding lamp that shows the way. We must
feel that "more" that they bring and then desire that "more"
ourselves. And so we see that the true nature of God is really more.
We might seek to understand "Being" and "more" by
stretching our awareness in God, by imagining the beginnings of creation.
We do this not in an intellectual sense, but by going beyond the words
into the spirit of the words, as the words might seem to trap us if
we try to get our intellect around them. Try flowing with the Spirit
as you take in these imaginings in words and allow the Spirit in you
and through you to bring your own understanding.
We start with the imagination of God in the beginning. First there was
God "Is." He Is. He still Is. He was and Is from the beginning
unto the ending. There is nothing but God Is. But then He desires to
Be "more" (i.e. love). So He coalesces himself, as Light energy
into Being consciousness and that conscious Being we call Heaven. And
then out of the void created around that coalesced center, matter (cosmos)
is born. He has created the first polarity of himself that everything
in Being replicates.
The flow of energy or power is Being "more" love in the flow
of perfect harmony. There is God the Father and God the Mother as yin
and yang, as the contracting and expanding force. Heaven is born in
Being more as the ever-expanding Spirit of Father God and brought into
form through the Mother's contracting Spirit. Cosmos is born in Being
more. God has created a world of Spirit (cosmos) and a Spirit world
(Heaven).
Conscious
Beings in God "more"
In that which we call Heaven, God's Spirit, or conscious awareness,
developed into manifestations of Being. Some of God as energy, through
the Word, forms into what is called Light. And the Spirit of God says,
"Let there Be Light!"** From that Light conscious Beings of
himself start to fill the matter cosmos. "Is" has become conscious
Beings and more in the One Light. As the Light takes on various forms,
the consciousness of God becomes more. The pure Light, perceived as
white, through more, takes on individualizations of God Being. We see
that by example of a prism. When pure white light is put through a prism,
it can be viewed as a spectrum of colors, through the conscious awareness
of the one who observes the light through a prism. But if you are not
looking at the light through the prism–which light would be the
Word–there is only the pure white Light of God.
Thus do the conscious individualizations in God outpicture the One Light
as individual realizations of that Light. They are individual Beings
of manifestations of God's Being becoming "more" in the body
of God.
As the conscious Beings evolve through "more" in the body
of God, some of them might rise through mastery of God's energy to choose
to become "more" through the Spirit worlds, which we call
the body of God. These conscious Beings, that were called Elohim, (plural
form of the name of God) further created through God's energies, spheres
of light of various densities. Galaxies and solar systems manifested
through these conscious Elohim as they created through "more."
Some
of these Elohim, as co-creators with God's energies, his Spirit, seek
to become "more" through leaving the estate of the Father
and enter into the realm of Son. So the Elohim created form that can
house their Spirits and contribute to becoming–come into
Being–in the world of Spirit–matter. Taking their Spirits
and dividing themselves into tiny sparks of Spirit lights, becoming
the progenitors of beings in the world of Spirit, as miniature sons,
subordinate to the Son. They are our Father-Mother God. Through them
we have our Being, as they have their Being through God Alpha and Omega.
And like our Spiritual parents, we also are co-creators–however
not in the full mastery of our God parents–with the potential
through the Son, to return back to the One with the more of the perfection
from which we were made.
God's
children create "more"
And so it is said, "without him was not anything made that was
made." Imagine the cosmos is like a sandbox and the sand is the
Word, the Spirit sparks are the sons and daughters, the co-creators
that play in this matter sandbox, all of which Is. The children might
take the sand, using the Word to create life in the sand, some consciously
and some unconsciously. Some of the forms might have shape and beauty
because the children have learned to create them through love, learning
that their minds, themselves and the energy exist only because God Is
more. Their only desire is to please their Creator, knowing there is
an endless fount of light to build more life from his Being.
Other children might create desiring only to create to get control of
the sandbox, the sand or the other children, and even create unconsciously,
thereby bringing forth miscreations because they are not fully conscious
beings.
And when some of the children have raised their level of self-awareness
as God, as co-creators with God, they choose to Be "more",
seeking to create perfect forms, not to create permanency in
matter that really has no lasting reality. They discover that the only
permanency in God is really the Spirit creation, the "more."
God already Is the Word. Love already Is God. The Son Is the Word. Light
Is God. Thus you cannot create the Word, the Light, the Son, nor Love.
But you can Be them. You can only create the "more." You can
choose to Be "more" love, "more" light, "more"
of everything God Is. Thus the one thing that you have come to earth
to create is "more."
Spirit can never be locked into form permanently, or thus it would lose
"more." Matter is made of energy, which is "more"
in motion. Those children who seek to hold on to their creations, will
lose them, because they are outside of the true Spirit of the permanency
in Self Being "more" and they have created a false image of
Being. They have fallen into the false "more" because the
true "more" is giving, surrendering, ever-transcending. It
was through the Superconscious act of desiring "more," individing
the Self Being into "more" potential Self Beings that all
came out of Is.
Friends
of "more" as Self conscious Beings
Throughout the ages, earth has known some Self conscious Beings. There
are only two men referenced in the Old Testament that are called the
"friends of God" and those men are Abraham and Moses. (That
is not to say that there were no other, but to bring out that these
were Teachers of men, come to be the example of consciously controlled
Suns of the Father.) Abraham is known as the Father of Christianity,
Judaism and Islam. He stands out as the deliver of the Word and lover
of the Word of the Father, to Being that Word through surrender to God's
Will. Abraham was the incarnation of our Father El Morya, Lord of the
First Ray of the Will of God, who went on to incarnate again and again,
bringing the honor of the Father principle to the incarnating children.
In his life as Abraham, one day God called to him to leave his family
homeland in Ur, the ancient city of Mesopotamia and travel to the land
of Canaan. In return, Abraham would become the patriarch of a great
nation and be blessed. So he left his home and family and wandered for
many years in what is now Israel. Abraham was blessed in being
our spiritual Father in matter.

1 And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the Lord appeared
to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God;
walk before me, and be thou perfect.
2 And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply
thee exceedingly.
3 And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying,
4 As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a
father of many nations.
5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, [high father]
but thy name shall be Abraham; [father of a great multitude] for a
father of many nations have I made thee.
6 And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations
of thee, and kings shall come out of thee.
7 And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed
after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be
a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee.
8 And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land
wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting
possession; and I will be their God.
9 And God said unto Abraham, [father of a great multitude] Thou shalt
keep my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after thee in their
generations. ***
God changed Abram's name to Abraham [father of a great multitude] giving
him his new name to carry the vibration of his inner mission, representative
of the Father to a peoples. Abraham/El Morya was our Sun and Is
our Sun, to Light our way back to our Spiritual Sun in the Center of
Being More. He is our physical Sun to light our days in Being More I
AM.
We see Moses being Father to the children of Israel. Moses was the Father
of Being I AM. He came to show the way home back to the Father Sun through
being obedient to the Will of God. Through him we saw the almost instantaneous
return of the disobedient energy the children of God put out. When they
rebelled, when they were worshipping other Gods, the wrath of God visited
upon them. The children of the Light had the opportunity to witness
the law of cause and effect, and to learn to love "more" than
their human creations and desiring. Moses was the direct link to God
for the children of Israel. He was their guru, which they rejected time
and again, favoring the guru of their not-self creations. They were
a group of sons and daughters of God that had become as petulant children,
immersed in the ways of the fallen angels, lost in having God desire
to Be "more."
Before these children spent 40 years in the wilderness with Moses, we
go back to find the Genesis story of Abraham's grandson Jacob and his
fraternal twin brother Esau. It was through Abraham's offspring (Jacob)
that the term Israel was given and through his twelve sons, that the
12 tribes of Israel later went out to populate the four corners of the
earth.
This is a story of man's battle between the Divine Ego and the human
ego in carnal manifestation. Esau, was first born, and was given the
opportunity to manifest his Christ consciousness and dominion and inherit
his father's kingdom, but he sells his birthright for pottage from his
brother.
29 And Jacob sod pottage: and Esau came from the field, and he was
faint:
30 And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red
pottage; for I am faint: therefore was his name called Edom.
31 And Jacob said, Sell me this day thy birthright.
32 And Esau said, Behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit
shall this birthright do to me?
33 And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and
he sold his birthright unto Jacob.
34 Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentils; and he did eat
and drink, and rose up, and went his way: thus Esau despised his birthright.
****
Esau preferred the fulfillment of his carnal desires of the human ego,
and was willing to sell his birthright to Jacob for a mass of pottage.
He was not willing to guard his spiritual birthright. "So the last
shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen."1
Jacob was willing to go after the spiritual, and wrest back from Esau
what he desired most, his spiritual inheritance.
While in the womb of their mother, Rebekah, she was disturbed by the
wrestling match going on in her belly and implored God to tell her what
was going on. We read her answer in Gen 25:23 "And the LORD said
unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall
be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger [rule
over] than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger."
Later when they came forth from the womb, Jacob grabbed Esau's heel
as if to pull him back in an effort to be the first born, a position
of prominence in the Hebrew family. After Esau gave away his birthright
to Jacob, later, with his mother's help, Jacob tricked his father, Isaac,
into giving him the fatherly blessing that was supposed to go to the
oldest son.
After Jacob had gotten the blessing from his father that was supposed
to go to Esau, Esau vowed to kill Jacob. With the help from his mother,
Jacob went to live with her relatives where he remained for about 20
years, after which Jacob returns to his homeland to seek reconciliation
with his brother. His brother now had wealth and a 400-man army. So
Jacob divides all his possessions in readiness to give gifts to his
brother to appease him. He prays to the Lord to help him and the night
before he went to meet his brother, he sent his wives, sons, and possessions
across the river, and was alone with God. It was then that he had an
encounter with a Being of God.
"24 And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him
until the breaking of the day."
As they
wrestled through the night and dawn was about to break, the angel
touched the hollow of Jacob's thigh putting it immediately out of
joint.
"25
And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the
hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint,
as he wrestled with him."
But even
then, he would not let go, beseeching:
26 I will
not let thee go, except thou bless me."
And when
asked his name, then giving his birth name, the angel of the Lord
gave him a new name:
"28
Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince
hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed." 2
Jacob had
shown power over the forces of this world, and through prayer, prevailed
heaven to bless him. Through his pain and travail, he would not relent.
He had proven to God that he would put aside the unreal human creation
for the reality of God. And although all power in heaven was given to
this angel, no harm does he do to him until the night was ending in
the breaking of dawn – symbolic of the dark night of the Spirit
that each child of God must pass through – just before the dawn
breaks forth in the light of day of I AM, the Sun of Being within each
man. And there he caused the hip to fail, his power to stand on his
own. But he hung on through the dark night, although unable to stand
and in pain.
As it was recorded in Scripture, Jacob went on to identify this man
as a Being of God by saying, "I have seen God face to face."
God through this Cosmic Being, spoke to Jacob and gave him the name
"Israel." Could he have given him that name to remind
him, and all following him under that name, that in his limited conscious
understanding, his true inner Being consists of "Is" and that
was all that "Is real?" And that God "Is" first
and foremost, that without him, without his Being, was not anything
made that was made? And an outer reminder to all of Abraham's seed,
that Jacob had battled with the unreal and won his Reality in Being
the Son, born of the Sun?
The
fallen man's "more"
As for Esau and his consciousness the master Hilarion has said:
Human desires, rationalized by the carnal mind and thrust into prominence
by the ego's craving for recognition, can be accentuated until their
importance is out of all proportion to Reality. This phenomenon was
in evidence in the story of Jacob and Esau when the latter sold his
birthright for a mess of pottage.
Mankind should understand once and for all that the physical side
of Life originates in the spiritual side of Life. This means that
the finite is but a facet of the Infinite and must remain wholly subject
thereto if the Christ is to be "formed in you." Yet negative
forces functioning within the framework of time and space attempt
to distort man's view of himself in relation to his universeˆof
the positioning of the microcosm within the macrocosmˆso that
he will fail to understand the interchange of energies between the
manifestation of Life Above and below.
Through his acceptance of this warping of his comprehension of the
Whole, man finds himself in a quandary from which he cannot extricate
himself without divine assistance. Every student of the Light should
recognize in the gift of free will the right to choose evil as well
as good at the same time that they recognize the insistence on the
part of the Christ Mind that man choose only that which is right,
just, and pure in the eyes of God.
The fact that mankind today still retain the gift of free will refutes
the claim that God periodically revokes that gift and causes certain
conditions to be brought about that are in conflict with humanity's
will. On the contrary, God has allowed mankind to exercise their human
will within their own domain and to create, in defiance of karmic
law, circumstances which are a complete travesty of the science of
universal justice.
Thus delays
in bringing in the kingdom of God upon earth or a state of higher
consciousness to man are always indications of the presence of interference
with the will of God. This occurs through the subjection of the individual's
mind and world to those acts or choices which are reflections of his
own will. Man, then–although it is clearly stated in the Scriptures
that his days are likened unto the grass which passes away–during
the tenure of his occupancy of the planet, has every right to take
dominion over the earth plane and subdue it. Yet his dominion is best
realized through the acceptance of the sacred will of God.
3
Esau, and those of his like consciousness, neglect the kingdom of God
within, for the outer garments and accoutrements (pottage) paying almost
total heed to the outer and neglecting the things of the Spirit, from
which all life derives their being. God has broken himself for our existence
and we are fed and nurtured through his substance.
Paul speaks
to the Gentiles about their relationship to God saying: "In Him
we live and move and have our being" 4 We
exist, we "are" only because we share in life through his
Being. The Hebrew name for God, "Yahweh" is "I Am."
God has given us a portion of himself in "I AM" giving us
the name that He Is. While God is Being, we may also Be through I AM
and then we can affirm: I AM Being.
