A message from Jesus, February 5, 2006.
On January 1, 2006, I implemented a new direction for this website and
the work I want to accomplish through my messenger. Let me explain.
This website was first available on December 24, 2002, meaning that
it has existed for three years. You will see that my mission in ancient
Israel also lasted three years. This is not a coincidence.
I am a spiritual teacher, and as such I follow God’s law relating
to the master-disciple or teacher-student relationship. I described
this law in my parable about the three servants who received a number
of talents from their master. The master then left, and when he came
back he asked for an account of what the servants had done with the
talents. Two of the servants had multiplied their talents, and they
were rewarded. The third servant had projected his own consciousness
upon the master and had used that as an excuse for not multiplying the
talents, instead burying them in the ground. He had the talents taken
away from him.
The symbolism is that the talents represent the understanding and the
light that a spiritual teacher is allowed to give to the students. Multiplying
your talents means that you take what is given and internalize it, so
that you raise yourself above the state of consciousness you had when
you received the gift. Burying your talents in the ground is a symbol
for not being willing to raise your consciousness, instead finding an
excuse for staying in your old state of consciousness. The point is
that the teacher can give the student a certain amount of teaching.
After that, more can be given only as the student multiplies the first
offering.
When I had spent three years with my disciples, I was crucified and
resurrected, which in some sense meant that I left my disciples behind.
Yet those who were willing to multiply what I had given them did not
lose contact with me. They were able to receive the higher teachings
that I gave through direct revelation and by appearing in my ascended
“body.” Those who were not willing to multiply what they
had received, ended up being left behind, but this was caused by the
choice to remain in their old state of consciousness.
In the past three years I have answered many questions on this website.
If you take an honest look at these questions, you will see that many
of them spring from a certain level of consciousness. It has been my
hope that people would use the teachings I gave to raise themselves
above that state of consciousness. After three years of speaking to
a certain level of consciousness, I am no longer permitted to continue
to address that state of mind. Thus, I shall stop answering questions
or giving teachings related to that state of consciousness.
What is the state of consciousness that I am talking about? The overall
purpose of this website is NOT to answer people’s questions. The
real purpose is to help people raise their consciousness so that they
can make a direct, inner, personal contact with me, the ascended Jesus
Christ—or another ascended being to whom they have personal ties.
The real purpose of this website is to give people the opportunity to
make contact with me, as I am today. Yet to do this, you have to overcome
the state of consciousness that prevents you from understanding my true
message and following in my footsteps.
Over the past three years everything said on this website has been designed
to help people overcome this limited understanding of who I am and what
I teach. It has been my goal to give people what they need in order
to follow the path to personal Christhood, the path that my life was
meant to demonstrate. Yet in giving people this opportunity, I found
it prudent to take a gradual approach.
As I explain on this website, the teachings I gave 2,000 years ago have
been heavily distorted between then and now. Things have been taken
away from my original teachings and things have been added unto them.
Thus, most people in today’s world have been brought up with a
distorted or erroneous image of Jesus Christ and of the spiritual path
that I demonstrated. This image prevents them from understanding my
true teachings, and it often prevents them from multiplying their talents
and raising their consciousness by being willing to pull the beam from
their own eyes.
Instead, people use any number of man-made beliefs to justify why they
do not have to look at the beam in their own eyes. This prevents them
from multiplying their talents and rising to a higher level of consciousness.
One might say that these people have not yet made a commitment to the
path of spiritual growth, the path of personal Christhood, the path
of exposing and separating yourself from the ego. Yet this lack of commitment
is often due to a lack of understanding.
The gap between people’s images of me and the reality of who I
really am is so huge that few people can breach it in one leap of faith.
Most people need to go through a gradual process of overcoming their
distorted view and accepting my true teachings. The teachings I have
so far given on this website are designed to give people a gradual path
toward overcoming their illusions.
That is why I have allowed people to ask any question and why I have
answered every question based on the consciousness from which it was
asked. My answers contain keys that people can use to raise themselves
above the level of consciousness from which the question was asked.
Yet I have not demanded that people rise to a higher level of consciousness
before I would answer them—as was the case with my disciples after
my resurrection. Nor have I exposed the shortcomings of people’s
state of consciousness or confronted their egos as directly as I could
have done.
In other words, I have allowed people to hide behind their questions,
and in giving my answers I have been sensitive to people’s ability
to understand a higher truth. In reality, this has often caused me to
hold back information that I deemed too far beyond people’s present
beliefs and understanding. This is parallel to the approach I took 2,000
years ago, when I taught the multitudes in parables and only gave the
highest teachings to my disciples.
The law demands that I no longer continue with this approach. Thus,
I will no longer adapt my teachings on this website to the state of
consciousness that is a mixture of truth and error and in which people
have not yet made an uncompromising commitment to knowing the highest
truth—even if it goes far beyond their present beliefs. If you
take an honest look at spiritual seekers, you will see that although
many ask questions, they often want the answers to conform to their
expectations and stay within the confines of their present belief system.
You will see obvious examples of this attitude in the questions and
comments submitted to this website.
From now on, I will no longer give teachings that hold back anything
I want to give. I will not adapt to those who ask questions without
being willing to look beyond their present beliefs. I will not adapt
to those who want to seem spiritual yet are not willing to have their
egos exposed. I will not adapt to those who have not made an uncompromising
commitment to finding the highest possible truth. Thus, you will see
that from now on my teachings will be more direct and they will reflect
the being that I AM, not the Jesus that people on Earth think I am or
was.
I am not thereby saying that I have so far given a distorted view, but
I have given a limited view. It is like shining a light into
a dark room, but the light is not strong enough to remove all the shadows.
Thus, some areas of the room remain in darkness, allowing people and
people’s egos to hide behind what has not been spoken. From now
on, I will not allow people’s egos to hide. I will not hold back
any teaching that might offend those who are not willing to leave behind
the ego. On the contrary, I will challenge the ego openly and with the
same directness I used when I challenged the scribes and Pharisees of
old. Oh ye hypocrites . . .
From now on I will assume that those who study and continue to study
this website have decided that they no longer want to belong to the
multitudes who can receive only the veiled truth in parables. Instead,
they want to enter the rank of my direct disciples, who get the highest
truth but also a direct challenge of their egos, as I did to my disciples
2,000 years ago. I know there are those who have already joined the
ranks of my true disciples and have already multiplied what I have given
so far. And for those I will continue to give teachings for their present
level of consciousness.
Some might have a sense of loss over this new direction, thinking that
all of their questions have not been answered. And while I have not
answered all questions submitted, I ask you to consider that it would
be impossible to answer all questions that could possibly be asked from
a given level of consciousness. As a spiritual seeker, it is necessary
to recognize that many otherwise sincere people have fallen prey to
the fallacy that if only all of their questions were answered, they
would be enlightened. There are some who are perpetually looking for
the magical answer that will catapult them into enlightenment, always
seeking for the philosopher’s stone or the Holy Grail.
Yet the real philosopher’s stone is that you take a true teaching
– even if it is limited – and multiply it, so that you use
your own built-in ability – what I called the key of knowledge
– to reach for answers inside yourself, answers that are beyond
the outer teaching. By doing this, you will go beyond the level of consciousness
from which your questions sprang, and this is the only way to fully
leave those questions behind. This is the true key to enlightenment.
I could go on for all eternity seeking to answer all of people’s
questions. Yet the reality is as follows:
It has never been my intent
to make people co-dependent upon this website or the messenger who creates
it. It has been my intent to make them spiritually independent, to make
them spiritually self-sufficient. This will happen only when you establish
your own, direct, inner contact to your Christ self and to the ascended
master who is your personal teacher.
Seeking to answer all questions asked from a given level of consciousness
would prevent my messenger from having any time to bring forth the higher
teachings that I want to release in this age. He has so far volunteered
to maintain a connection to the level of consciousness that I have addressed
on this website, even though he has personally risen above it long ago.
This will no longer be the case, thus setting him free to be who he
is and to bring forth teachings that fully reflect who I AM.
As a practical matter, all teachings released from now on will be dated,
and you will see that any teaching brought forth after January 1, 2006
will be more direct. For an example, see the following
teaching. Another practical effect of this shift is that I will
answer fewer questions from visitors. I will not close off the opportunity
to ask questions, but I will lower the likelihood that a question is
answered. Thus, if you send a question, adjust your expectations accordingly.
If you want to increase the likelihood that your question is answered,
then internalize what I have given before you ask. I have never made
a commitment to answering every question submitted, nor have I ever
promised to recognize those whose egos demand that they be recognized.
